Move-In / Move-Out Deep Cleaning

(Restoration-Level Service)

Our Move-In / Move-Out Deep Cleaning is a restoration-level service designed for properties that require more than a standard turnover clean. This service is ideal for vacant homes, long-term rentals, new Airbnb listings, or properties that have been heavily used or neglected.

This is not a standard turnover clean. Extra time, detailed labor, and specialized cleaning are required.

Pricing is based on property size, condition, and level of buildup.

Apartments & Small Homes (up to ~1,200 sq ft)

Medium to Large Homes (1,200–2,000 sq ft)
👉 $600–$800+

Heavily Soiled Properties
👉 Quoted after walk-through or photo review

Final pricing is confirmed after reviewing photos, a walkthrough, or an in-person assessment.

✔ Full deep cleaning of all rooms
✔ Wall spot cleaning or full wall wipe-down
✔ Carpet spot cleaning or shampooing
✔ Interior window and window track cleaning
✔ Deep cleaning inside all appliances (refrigerator, oven, microwave)
✔ Baseboards, doors, door frames, vents, and trim detailed
✔ Cabinets wiped inside and out
✔ Bathrooms deep sanitized (showers, tubs, toilets, sinks, fixtures)
✔ Trash removal

⚠️ Exclusions (Please Read Carefully)

To ensure safety and quality, the following services are not included:

❌ Paint repair, repainting, or drywall repair
❌ Permanent wall damage or heavy staining
❌ Mold remediation
❌ Pest cleanup or infestation treatment
❌ Construction or renovation debris
❌ Pet waste or biohazard cleanup

These services require licensed specialists and are outside the scope of cleaning services.
